So a news site said that public is an authorised seller of apple products and that the store is signed as an apple official store by Apple but when i search for it in the apple website I can’t see it anywhere!

Apple does not have an official location in Cyprus:
Apple - Find Locations - Location Selector
However, I guess that they could have "resellers." If you buy a phone from them you would be bound by their terms-and-conditions and any warranty issues would need to be resolved by them.

It looks like it. They have other stores in the area that are authorized resellers.
