What are the recommendations for fitness goal beginners

I just got an Apple Watch I want to know the recommendations for my fitness goals if I’m a beginner

iPhone 6, iOS 11

Choose a goal that is not going to be too easy to achieve,try reaching those goals for a while and you can always raise or lower them if you find they are too difficult/easy to acheive.

It's hard to say what level you should start at as everybody is at a different level of fitness to start with.
