How do you share Apple Music with family members without sharing text messages?
We tried to share Apple Music with our son, however, he was getting the text messages between my husband and myself.
How do we prevent this?

Are you sharing an Apple ID? If so, that is the problem and there is no work-around. Everyone (including children) should have their own unique Apple ID. If there is information you want to share, then use Family Sharing instead:

Create an Apple ID for your child - Apple Support
Then change your individual Apple Music subscription to a Family subscription:
