I was trying to upgrade from iOS 12 to iOS 15 but it got stuck at estimating time remaining and downloading please help me because I couldn’t use many apps

Nothing got stuck.
You have to be patient, an update takes time, that also depends on how fast the internet connection is.

Hi Raicya it’s in the same state for about 2 months I tried force shutdown , reset network setup, reset all network settings but nothing helped
under Settings > General > [Device name] Storage.. it is displaying the update but i couldnt delete that .. delete button is enabled but if i del again and again it is displaying on the list
Support button is disabled or not clickable
