not getting incoming aol email on iphone or ipad

my aol email was hacked, my contact list rec'd an email asking for a favor to order on Amazon Prime, I changed my password immediately but since then I'm not getting email on iphone or ipad - i've read all the info to fix but still not incoming - outgoing is working okay

Remove your email account and set it up again

Make sure that all of your emails are there or make sure that your email is saved somewhere other than your device. On your device, go to Settings > Mail, then tap Accounts. Tap the email account that you want to remove. Tap Delete Account.
