Change text color in Notes on IPhone

You cannot change the font color in Notes on an iPhone. You would need to use Notes on a Mac to do it and it would then be reflected on your iPhone.

In addition to what 6x6 said, if you need your text to be a different color it may be useful for you to use the Pages app instead of Notes. You could even copy the text in Notes and paste it into a new Pages document and go from there.
