how do i share purchases but be able to use my own card if im not the family organizer
how do I purchase stuff with my own card but still use shared purchases, I am not the family organizer

See Add money to your Apple ID balance - Apple Support. For most purchases your Apple ID balance is used before the family organizer's payment method. You cannot use your own card instead.
