I lost my phone and cannot get my photos, information from the phone

How can I get my photos from an iphone that was lost? It is not coming up in my icloud. Also, my notification email needs to be changed due to my secure information is going to my ex. How do I make this change?

iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 14

If the photos were not synced to iCloud, there will be no way to recover those photos.

You can make changes to your account at appleid.apple.com
