It just took money off my card for a photo app that wasn’t order on purpose and I thought I canceled it

How did you cancel this subcription?
You can view and cancel your subscription following the steps at How to cancel a subscription from Apple – Apple Support
Please Note: Subscriptions must be cancelled with at least 24 hours until the renewal date, as they could continue automatically.
You should also Check your purchase history, this will allow you to see what you have been charged for. You shouldn't still continue receiving charges after cancelling a subscription, so this will help you to find out what the charge is (if it isn't the subscription)
You could potentially try and claim a refund by contacting Apple's Form > Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple – Apple Support however this isn't guaranteed and it is up to whether Apple allow the refund or not.
