Heart Rate Greyed out in Workout View for Outdoor Walk.

I am trying to add Heart Rate to Outdoor Walk in the Workout View but it is greyed out and I cannot add it. I checked the heart rate app and setting and the watch is collecting the data and showing heart rate data in the heart app.

My activity app does not show heart rate when I do activity like outdoor runs or walks, the heart rate is not shown. Also the activity app shows chart unavailable. In the watch privacy it is enabled and it’s in top 5 parameters of each activity

Why no heart rate on series 7 outdoor walk I just upgraded to the series 7 Apple Watch and heart rate is no longer an option for display. On the watch app, outdoor walk, metrics, it’s greyed out. My series 6 always showed it. I’ve checked on both the phone and watch that all the appropriate things are toggled on, in every possible place

If you're in workout power saving mode the heart monitor is turned off during workouts.
