Cancel subscription

If I canceled my subscription and apple is still trying to take the payment what do I do now ? Who do I get ahold of ?

How do I cancel a subscription? I mistakenly bought a subscription which is not useful for me. Immediately I cancel the subscription but it's still showing active on my apple id.
