Apps crashing on startup

I had an iPhone 7 Plus for a while and had a problem where certain games would crash while they are loading. I tried everything I could think of including resetting the phone. I recently got an iPhone 13 and that problem has carried over to the new phone. I don't know why this is happening or how I can fix it. I think it might have to do with my Apple ID but I'm not sure.
