Can I make someone else’s iPhone ring in the find my app

My stepmom always loses her phone in the house but doesn’t always have her ringer on. Is there a way to use my Find My app to locate her phone and use an alarm?

You can use an internet browser on any device and log into www.icloud.com/find with her Apple ID and password.
