ipad charging port
My 6 month old iPad Air (4th generation). I tried to charge it with same charger I've always used. Plug won't fit into charging port. I noticed two fine wires on each side of the charging port. Is that the problem?

You need to search online for your nearest, “local” Apple store location and call contact phone numbers and call to make an appointment to have your Apple iPad diagnosed and options presented you.
