Watch frequently disconnecting from phone

Has one of the recent updates caused a frequent disconnect of Apple Watch model A2376 (and then reconnect spontaneously) with iPhone 6s running iOS 15.1?

Understood. Next, review this article that goes over ways to reduce wireless interference: Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference. If you continue to notice the behavior, remove any cases from both devices. Also check for third-party VPN or security software that could be restricting the connection and temporarily disable them to see if you notice an improvement in the connection.

If you haven't done so already, restart both devices. Then, turn Airplane mode on and off on both of them as well. If the issue persists, update them to the latest software versions they're compatible with: Get the latest software updates from Apple.
