So i recently got a new phone and created a new icloud, i forgot my instagram password so i added my old icloud email to my new phone as that was the email i used to sign up for that instagram account and I am still not receiving any emails from instagram. I've tried everything, please help!!!!

A Few Thoughts:
Contact Instagram - Filter this eMail:
Ask Instagram which eMail address it comes from. Then, add it to your safe list. Or, just add the Instagram domain to your Safe List. Once found out, remove the domain, to avoid scam eMails.
