I'm sory, but im not looking to return the iphone to the store. I want to disable the phone, since my 17 yr old son won't return it to me. When he is not able to use it and gives it back to me, id like to delete andreset it to factory. This way i can start over with it. I am not able to lock it from the app becauseof two step verification sending codes to the phone that is in his posession. He isnt giving me the codes apple sends soi am limmited on features i can access ????

Are you mig_2708 and you got an iPhone as a gift? That is who The Littles was responding to. If you aren't you have a completely different issue and what you are doing is called threadjacking. Create your own post and give use some additional background.

You can return the phone within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Keep in mind they will need a receipt if paid for with cash to do a refund otherwise it will go to whatever payment method was used to purchase the device.

If it's past the 14 day purchase date, then unfortunately, no. You could try to sell it and use the money you get towards the phone you want.

They are in the holiday return period, they have until January 8, 2022 to return it. Whoever bought it would have had to done so prior to November 1, 2021.
