I have been seeing this message for over 24 hours in Photos on my desktop. The photos are in iCloud and I see them both on my iPhone and when I log into iCloud.com. I have I cloud enabled on my phone and desktop but the photos don't seem to sync and the message "restoring from iCloud' is at the bottom. Is there something else I can do? Thank you.
