Saving in the body of the note the date of the beginning of it

When you make changes to a note, its "activity time" is automatically updated. Is there any possibility to set up automatic saving of the start time of maintenance and all sequential changes in it, like an action log? Made a picture in photoshop, how it should look. If there is no such feature, are there any plans about adding it in the future?
