Hopefully there is someone out there who can help me?
I recently purchased an apple gift card from apple.com website
I received email confirmation of this purchase and an order number, and the code was being sent. Except I have never received it!
I need this to redeem on my iTunes account ASAP, but am unable to call because I am travelling atm.
Please advise

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you sent yourself an Apple gift card but have not received the email yet. It can take up to 24 hours to receive an Apple Gift Card via email. If 24 hours have passed and you still have not received it, take a look at the "Resend a gift" section of the following article to reissue the gift card.
If you're still unable to receive the gift card from there, we would recommend reaching out to Apple directly by checking out this link to Get Support and they will be more than happy to proceed with additional steps.

Hello, and thank you for taking the trouble to reply. I have tried to get help via the links that you have provided but since I am travelling overseas atm I am currently unable to call apple.
I have not had this problem before but it’s very inconvenient because I need to redeem my gift card so that I can get my Apple Music subscription working again.
It seems unfair that while the money has gone out of my account, yet 4 days later I still haven’t received my email with pin code.
So inconvenient and very disappointing
