Opening Winmail attachments on iphone

How do I open Winmail files on iPhone? Not seeing good reviews on the apps in App store and some of reviews are quite old.

My friend suggested using TNEF's Enough, a free app that allows you to view those files. It didn't work, so I also tried a paid tool (Winmail.dat Viewer). It also doesn't work. So now I'm down $2.99 and every time I get one of these, I have to log into webmail and get the file there. Did Microsoft change something recently to cause this? What steps can I take to fix this issue so that I don't have to get into webmail every time I get a new attachment?

How to stop ‘Winmail.dat’ attachments? Since early May I have been receiving attachments as ‘webmail.dat’ files instead of a pdf or whatever type of file it is supposed to be. I have checked to ensure my outlook is not set to send as ‘rich text format’. But I still only get Winmail.dat. could this have been caused by the most recent iOS update? Or is there a way to fix this on my end?
