I bought some games on google play store, but now I have an iPhone, so can I somehow download them on my iPhone?

That kind of depends... If it's an app that you have to pay for to download in the first place, you'll have to pay for it again.
If the app is free, but requires a paid subscription to something to play, IF you subscribed directly through the app developer, you can download the app and just sign in with the credentials you subscribed with.
