Perhaps you have multiple active subscriptions to different things? In any case, follow the suggestions in here:

First figure out if the charge is really on your account, or if it just a phishing email message that is not really from Apple. If it is real, and is not correct, contact Apple Support to get it fixed:
I checked and that is not the case it’s trying to charge me again and I just paid the bill on Christmas Day .
