Disabled in App Store and itunes

My account is disabled in the App Store and iTunes. How do I fix this?

iPad, iPadOS 15

Nothing you can do to resolve this, other than contact Apple: If you see a message that says your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store, contact Apple Support for help.  Use that blue-text link to contact Apple.
