can I buy ipad in any apple store, not online? By online the delivery is too slow.

Apple sells in Apple Stores, through Apple Authorized Resellers, and online. Product availability and stocking varies by store and by reseller; not everything is available everywhere. You can also order online for local pickup in many areas.
