Error while updating / Restoring

Hi,

I cannot update nor restore my Ipad with my macbook.

Update: It will download approx. 5GB on data to the Ipad and then cancel cause of an error.

Restore: It will start the process and then cancel with the Error Code 4013.

Any advice???

Can't restore or update my iPad Pro Help! I'm finding it impossible to update my iPad Pro. The update kept failing so I've connected it to my MacBook Pro and can neither restore or update the iPad. I keep getting the same error message - it can't be updated so needs to be restored and updated. During the restore process, I get the error message I've tried two different cables but this makes no difference. I'm going round in circles. Everytime I now turn on the iPad it asks to be connected to a computer so I can't do a restore on the iPad itself. If anyone has any ideas I'd be really grateful. My MacBook Pro is running Monterey. The error message is The iPad "iPad" could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (1100). 065B.044C. Many thanks, Jason.

Hi there!

Is your iPad stuck in a boot loop, if yes try to attempt a DFU Restore , before that update your PC/Mac to the latest version.

If that doesn't work, you have to visit an AASP(Apple Authorised Service Provider) or an Apple Store.
