How do you type a zero in apple watch scribble...

When it's part of a password, like for a WIFI, you can't turn the crown to change the "o" into 0. So now I can't fully use my apple watch because I can't download anything.

Edit: You have to tap on the "o" quickly before it turns into a dot. Then use the crown!

Scribble is not useful for passwords. The scribble feature on Apple Watch does not present me with the option to enter the number 0 (zero). I scribble a lower case 'o' and then try to change it using the scroll wheel on the right of the watch frame, but no zero is there to choose. Zero vs Letter o My watch wants me to enter my password which has a zero and it is recognizing it as the letter o. I can’t draw it on my watch so that it recognizes it as a zero. How can I draw a zero?
