I am trying to removed the encryption from the back up. I cannot recall my password - tried what it should be and many other combos - I followed the steps to restore my device to factory settings and still cannot remove the encryption! Please help

I followed that. The encrypted box was still checked. I cannot complete a backup that is not encrypted. I do not want to back up further.
Need help with removing encryption and resetting password...tried the factory reset
