Settings changed after replacing the screen

I just got my screen replaced on my iPhone x and noticed some weird changes in settings. Dark mode and screen time was turned off, the wallpaper was changed to the standard wallpaper and when I turned the phone on and off, it unlocked without requesting my passcode. Also, all my personalized widgets are gone and I cant receive notifications from applications with no way to turn them on from the settings. I am genuinely concerned about what is going on it makes absolutely no sense
