The charging cable plugs into a computer or a charger with a USB-C port. Such as:

You can buy one (or an equivalent) from Apple, Amazon, Best Buy, eBay, etc. Some countries penalize Apple for including a charger due to ecological reasons (many people have extra chargers from other device that get disposed in. landfills). And other people think Apple is being cheap for not including one. Apple can't win.

If you purchased an aluminum model Apple has never sold those with a power adapter. When buying electronics it helps to check what is included in the box. If you wish to save a bit of money and have a smaller charger check out the Anker Nano USB-C 20W power adapter.
