How do I report and blacklist my stolen iPhone 11 and iPad? The person who stole my phone got into my iCloud and change my password, which locked me out. How can I get my stolen apple products reported as soon as possible?! I have the serial number and original boxes for both my iPhone and iPad Wi-Fi + Cellular

Report it to the authorities.

I suggest you do the following:

Contact Apple Support directly for assistance with your Apple ID. To do so, simply select the "Get Support" link in the upper right-hand side of this forum's web page.
Contact your local law enforcement agency to report the devices as stolen.
Contact your cellular provider and report them as stolen, as well. They can then "blacklist" them so that neither can obtain a cellular connection.
