I’m trying to get a refund on a subscription but it’s not showing up on my subscriptions

I’m trying to get a refund on a subscription and it’s not showing up When I log into my account it shows the subscriptions on my phone however it does not show when I go to Apple support I’ve talk to the merchant and they told me the only way that I can get a refund is to reach out to you. I cannot find anyone to help me
