didn't sign up for apple business account hacked

My account says that I signed up for the apple music app and I can't download music because I can't transfer devices. I never signed up for it before. I also tried to download or alternate some settings on my messages on my iphone and it had a pop up that refrenced privacy policy for apple messages in business. I have never signed up for business and I believe that someone has hacked my phone and set it up so that my phone could be monitored...how can you check for linked account services and remove this? Can you check for my account being under a family link as a child on someone else's account on my phone as well?

iPhone SE, iOS 15

Your device has not been hacked.

Not sure what you mean by "your account says..." If you're getting specific messages baed on specific actions, please share those step-by-step and include pictures where possible. The music app is installed by default on your device, which is different from subscribing to Apple Music (the service).

The privacy policy for messages may appear when messages upgrades.

Your device cannot be remotely monitored. If you're set up under a family account, you would have to accept the invitation.
