What can I do to make Siri respond on my iPad? All settings are chosen and Siri still will not respond to my vice. I have done voice recognition and all that.

Yes! That’s it. Hey Siri function only works on the charger! I’m glad I asked the Apple team I was really frustrated and didn’t understand why it wasn’t working. I thank you so much!!

Make sure that your iPad is up to date with the latest iPadOS software, and also make sure that the iPad is connected to the internet.
Also make sure that the iPad is not connected with third party bluetooth devices.
Even though Listen for "Hey Siri" is enabled, make sure that Siri's spoken responses is enabled: Always.
Some of the older iPads may only allow hey Siri when its plugged into power try this and see if you get anywhere.
