Siri not responding!

Make sure that your iPad is up to date with the latest iPadOS software, and also make sure that the iPad is connected to the internet.

Also make sure that the iPad is not connected with third party bluetooth devices.

Even though Listen for "Hey Siri" is enabled, make sure that Siri's spoken responses is enabled: Always.

Does Siri function by pressing the top button or holding the home button (depending on device)?

Yes, it does. And it’s not connected to any Bluetooth devices

Some of the older iPads may only allow hey Siri when its plugged into power try this and see if you get anywhere.

Yes! That’s it. Hey Siri function only works on the charger! I’m glad I asked the Apple team I was really frustrated and didn’t understand why it wasn’t working. I thank you so much!!
