Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I was given a Visa Gift Card for Christmas and I used it and whenever I try to buy something with a regular apple gift card, it thinks I’m trying to buy from the Visa Gift Card that was already used and has no more money on it and now, I can’t even install apps without The App Store asking me for my password and payment method. 🙁

Get this Card Activated:
I would contact Visa and see if this card is indeed activated. If not, then is is useless, and you need to get it activated from wherever it was purchases. As for whom to contact, it would likely be on the back of the card.

You need to contact Apple Support Directly. This is a User-to-User forum. We are all volunteers. So, as you may suspect, no one here has access to that information — and that is a good thing, BTW. That’s why for Financial Assistance, you need to contact Apple Support. They’ll see what’s going on and will run you through the fix.
