I was given a Visa Gift Card for Christmas and I used it and whenever I try to buy something with a regular apple gift card, it thinks Iâm trying to buy from the Visa Gift Card that was already used and has no more money on it and now, I canât even install apps without The App Store asking me for my password and payment method. 🙁

Get this Card Activated:
I would contact Visa and see if this card is indeed activated. If not, then is is useless, and you need to get it activated from wherever it was purchases. As for whom to contact, it would likely be on the back of the card.
For Financial Assistance, Contact Apple Store Support:
You need to contact Apple Support Directly. This is a User-to-User forum. We are all volunteers. So, as you may suspect, no one here has access to that information â and that is a good thing, BTW. Thatâs why for Financial Assistance, you need to contact Apple Support. Theyâll see whatâs going on and will run you through the fix.

Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
