iPhone 13 pro max service issues

Like so many other users I’m having major issues with call drops and signal on my 13 pro max.


I’ve searched the threads and on the www but the answers are vague with no clear solutions.


My 11 pro worked great at home, but after switching to the 13 pro max, the signal and quality is terrible.


$1100 for a “phone” that can’t call…..nice

Any solutions?

Is your device updated? Please start with updating your iPhone to iOS 15.2: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support


If you still have issues after updating, please check if the troubleshooting in this help article helps: If you can't make or receive calls on your iPhone - Apple Support


There is also a step to verify with your cellular provider that there are no issues with your account, and to update your carrier settings. This article will help: Manually update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support


If you still have issues, check if this only occurs in specific areas or with other equipment nearby, as it may be related to interference: Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference - Apple Support
