Amber Alerts on IOS 15

I’ve literally looked everywhere, is there anyway to turn off Amber alerts in iOS 15? It’s not at the bottom of the notification list so where is it? Someone please help me out.

You may not be able to turn it off where you are. It is at the bottom of mine.
