iOS update failed; error 3014 and error 75

My iPhone 11 was updating to iOS 15 using my MacBook and it said failed error 3014 and now my phone is stuck in recovery mode and updating or restoring won't work. I've tried repeatedly and it alternated between error 3014 and error 75. I've tried everything.
