Is it brand new
I bought my MacBook Air online from apple India education store.
how do I know if it is brand new and not refurbished
in the check coverage it only says it’s M1, 2020

Hi,
I think Apple say if your MacBook Air is refurbish, it's a refurbish. If it's new, they say it's new.
Try to Call Apple Store Customer Service in India and ask about it.
