my iPhone X isn’t giving audio of calls, videos, ringtone etc. Ringer isn't working. mobile is operating very slowly. however while connected with airpods it's working properly but without them it's restarting again and again. I’ve restored it from iTunes but still facing this same issue. pls resolve this.

Tried all of them but still facing the issue.
No audio of videos, calls, ringtones. Restarting again and again. Working very slowly.
