Ipad cellular not working

My iPad Pro (2018) has a cellular capability, which all of a sudden did not work. It can detect the sim card as it is showing in the settings however, it is only showing No Service. I've tried it with two different sim cards, and they both do not work, but both sim cards work on my iPhone 6s and are showing cellular coverage. The last time i remembered using it was using the cellular of my iPad and my iPhone was connected. All of a sudden, it stopped working, and tried several troubleshooting (restarting the device, replacing the sim). Can anyone tell me what steps are still needed? Thank you.

Hello lostcoin23,

We appreciate you reaching out to us and support communities. It sounds like you need some help with your SIM cards and your iPad. We will be happy to assist you.

Have you contacted your cellular carrier to see if they need to add the device into their system? They may not allow cellular data but show cellular coverage.

Hi, Merlinapple, thank you i highly appreciate your response. I didn’t call the network because my sim works fine on the iPhone, and even the sim on my iPhone does not work on the iPad (they are both from different carriers). I have tried needed troubleshooting, but the same thing happens to both sim cards. I’m afraid that the cellular data does not work on my iPad anymore but I can’t figure out what caused this because it’s perfectly fine several days ago. Thank you! Take care also!
