Can I restore my iPhone 7 from a previous iTunes backup after giving the iPhone a factory reset?
I was attempting to update my backup but iTunes cannot read the contents of my iPhone and is asking that I restore the iPhone to factory settings

Funny enough, I just connected my iPhone to my laptop and iTunes could now read the contents of my iPhone. Problem solved. You response noted still. Much appreciated 🙏🏾

Assuming you have a backup in iTunes then yes.
So, I can go ahead and restore to factory settings then restore backup from iTunes?
