Manually added passwords not syncing, all other passwords do

Not sure if it's in the right category, sorry

Hello,

I've added several passwords to my Keychain manually, such as my WiFi-password (not the Airport-network kind), backup-keys for certain apps and more using my MacBook Pro. These passwords do not show up in my passwords list on iPhone or iPad. All other passwords do sync correctly. Here are the differences I found:

• The passwords that aren't syncing are listed as 'App Passwords' and in the Keychain-category as 'login'.
• The other passwords (that do sync) are listed as 'Password webforms' and are in the category 'iCloud'.

My question is, how do I get my manually created passwords to sync with iCloud?
