Storytel unsubscribtion
Hi there, is there anyone who had struggled with storytel subscription managment. I want to cancel my subscription, but everytime I do the following:
1. On your phone, go to Settings > iTunes & App Store.
2. Click on the part with Apple ID at the top of the screen, select Show Apple ID and confirm with your password if you want confirmation.
3. Scroll down the page and click on the Subscriptions section.
4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
There is the screen with just a receipt info, but nothing more, I ve event contacted storytel it just says I should contact with apple comp. Im so tired of it, the most interesting point is that it still gets monthly subscription fees from my credit card 😕. I would be really glad for any help🙂
