I have an Apple TV HD model 1625 and the light is on but the TV says no signal. How do I resolved the issue.

  • Verify your HDMI connection, that all plugs are seated firmly in their respective ports.
  • Verify that your TV has the correct HDMI port selected for input. It will say ‘No signal’ if set to e.g. HDMI-1, and the Apple is connected to a different HDMI port.
  • Try a different HDMI cable.
  • Try on a different TV.
