Allowing Booting Windows from External Drive using BigSur on late 2014 MacBook Pro

Since updating to BigSur I am unable to boot Windows on my external SSD using my MacBook.

Before the update it was working flawlessly. As mine is not a T1/2 chip model, I do not have the option to allow booting from external drives.

Do you happen to know of ways to still allow booting from the external drive on a late 2014 macbook pro?

We see that since updating you're having some trouble booting from an external drive.

Could you please provide some details of what exactly you see when trying to boot from your external? Do you see an error or does the drive not seem to appear?

This info will help determine what may be happening.
