As previous posters have outline the " Where " they are stored .

The " How " to get a list, is awkward, detailed and time consuming.

Open the Keychain and Copy the actual text of the password and paste into your favourite word processor application.

Repeat for each password until one is satisfied the list is complete.

Really suggest to Password Protect the word processing document and this is key factor.

You can’t generate a list, but they are stored in the keychain (Keychain Access) or in the Passwords System Preferences (maybe only in Monterey).
