That seems to be the website associated with one of many entities that seek to track users’ web activities. Which probably means either the website is down, or the tracking website is down. Given the error, somebody probably messed up in an embedded script somewhere, a d that script is now getting loaded at various websites. As a guess.

Clear your saved browser data, and see if that resolves the error.

Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data

A web site can't be malware. Though it's possible to download malware from a site.

Otherwise, I have no trouble going to awin1.com . Some sort of marketing network thingy.
