Titanium card
Titanium card, I have an apple card but when I scroll down to request a titanium card there is no link for some reason in my iPhone in the app.

In the section of this article about activating a Titanium Apple Card it mentions needing to have the latest version of iOS. That might also effect requesting the card so if you are not already using iOS 15.2 that might fix this. Request and activate a titanium Apple Card - Apple Support
Beyond that, I recommend reaching out to Apple's Apple Card specialists chat with an Apple Card specialist.
