When will the Apple Music create a "Spotify Connect" competitor?

The only thing prevent me to use the Apple Pay is the leak of a "Spotify Connect"-like and the Apple Music doesn't support it!

Actually, the Apple Music doesn't even support handoff with the macOS!

Do you guys think will the Apple add some of these features in the future?

MacBook Air (2020 or later)

Airplay already does this with the HomePod and AppleTV. I’m just guessing, but it appears they’re limiting this functionality to receivers that have alternate interfaces in case the source device becomes unconnected.
